SONIC STORYTELLING | Premium 1x1 Mentorship

$2,400.00

SONIC STORYTELLING: Premium Mentorship is a deeply immersive, six-week, one-on-one creative mentorship experience designed for both established artists and emerging creatives seeking a meaningful, intentional, and professionally guided relationship with sound. Whether you are just beginning your artistic journey or already working at a professional level, this program creates a rare space for exploration, refinement, experimentation, and growth inside a cinematic, fully equipped production studio.

Across six weeks, the participant meets for two hours each week at Wild Mountain Studios for focused mentorship, guided listening, hands-on studio practice, creative development, and collaborative conversation. Sessions are uniquely tailored to each participant’s experience level, goals, and artistic identity, supporting everything from foundational confidence building to advanced conceptual work and deepening of artistic voice.

By the end of the program, each participant completes a custom, fully realized recording project, developed intentionally throughout the mentorship. For some, this becomes a meaningful professional work, portfolio or grant material, or preparation for real-world production environments. For others, it may serve as a personal artistic milestone, therapeutic creative experience, or an expansion of their existing practice in a new sonic medium.

Participants also receive a Certificate of Participation, suitable for creative portfolios, professional development records, continuing education acknowledgment, grant documentation, and institutional recognition.

This program is equally valuable for professional artists seeking focused, evolving creative practice and for young or emerging creatives building confidence, skill, and direction. It offers time, mentorship, and environment rarely available in traditional educational or studio contexts.

Who It’s For:

• Working artists and emerging creatives seeking to expand their sound
• Established creatives or professionals refining their voice or experimenting with new sonic tools
• Aspiring artists, musicians, producers, filmmakers and emerging recording engineers
• College-bound and college-age creatives seeking professional experience
• Adults exploring deep creative development, reflection, or transformation
• Anyone ready for a guided, intentional, and personally meaningful creative journey

Participants leave with expanded creative clarity, increased confidence, authentic experience in a professional studio, and a finished recording that reflects their growth, craft, and imagination.

If you would like to expand this mentorship into a larger recording project or film scoring commission, please reach out to discuss a customized project booking that can then be developed within this program.

This is a highly selective mentorship experience, limited to only four participants to ensure true depth, focus, and personal guidance. Each participant receives dedicated studio time, professional mentorship, and leaves with a fully realized recording created throughout the program, something far more substantial and meaningful than a typical class or short workshop could produce.

This mentorship experience includes:

• Twelve hours of dedicated, one-on-one studio time across six weeks
• Guided recording sessions inside a fully equipped, cinematic production studio
• Access to Class-A microphones, preamps, analog gear, synthesizers, instruments, and professional recording tools
• Hands-on creative development, composition time, and structured studio exploration
• Individualized mentorship focused on artistic voice, craft, and conceptual clarity
• Critical listening training and sonic storytelling development
• Studio engineering support and technical guidance throughout sessions
• Creative direction support and thoughtful conversation around intention, narrative, and emotion in sound
• A custom recording created collaboratively throughout the program
• Professional editing and shaping of captured material
• A completed final stereo mix of your project
• A presentation-ready final deliverable suitable for portfolio, release consideration, exhibition, grant materials, or personal archive
• Certificate of Participation for professional records, educational documentation, or institutional acknowledgment

Important Note:
This mentorship focuses on creating original work within the studio during the program. It does not include mixing, editing, or rebuilding previously recorded projects or existing files.
If you would like to expand this mentorship into a larger recording, production, or film scoring commission, please reach out. We are happy to discuss designing a customized, extended project pathway that can continue beyond the mentorship framework.
